Answer: C. L

Explanation

From (i), we will draw a family tree: From (ii), we know that P is the brother of J. P can sit either at place no. 1 or 2 and S sits either at place no. 5 or 6. N sits either at place no. 10 or 11. J sits either at place no. 8 or 9. From (iii), Q is U’ sister and cannot sit at place no. 3 as O cannot sit at the extreme end and also at place no. 4 as J sits at place no. 8. He cannot sit at place no. 6 as N sits at place no. 10. So, this case will get discarded. From (iii), Q is U’ sister and cannot sit at place no. 3 and 5 as O cannot sit at the extreme end and J sits at place no. 9. So, only place left for Q and O is 4 and 8 respectively. U will sit at place no. 1.
