  • By creating an account or using Testwala, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
  • We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts or selling access is not allowed.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Pro subscriptions unlock premium features such as all mock tests and AI explanations.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.
  • Subscriptions are valid for the plan duration (monthly or yearly) from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact hello@testwala.co.in within 7 days of purchase.

4. Fair use

  • Mock tests are for your personal preparation only.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or sell our questions, explanations, or test content.
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

5. Content accuracy

  • We work hard to keep questions, patterns, and exam information accurate, but we cannot guarantee everything is error-free.
  • Exam patterns and schedules change — always verify critical details against official notifications.
  • AI-generated explanations are marked as such and should be cross-checked with standard sources.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Testwala is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of exam success.
  • We are not liable for any exam outcomes, decisions made based on our content, or interruptions to the service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
