Statement 1 and 2 are incorrect: In parliamentary systems, the rejection of a government bill does not necessarily amount to a vote of confidence in the government. In fact, the rejection of a specific bill does not automatically result in the fall of the government. In the Indian parliamentary system, the introduction of a government bill does not necessarily require a specific notice period of 15 days. However, there is a general practice and procedure regarding the giving of notice before the introduction of bills in the Parliament.
