Ramu said to his son Raghav, 'I was half your present age when you were born.' If the present age of Ramu is 60 years, what was the age of Ramu, when Raghav was born ? (in years)

If Raghav is R now: 60 − R = R/2 gives R = 40, so Ramu was 60 − 40 = 20 when Raghav was born.
