Correct Answer Attorney General of India India's Attorney General (AG) is a member of the Union Executive. Key Points: The Attorney General is the country's highest law enforcement official. Under Article 76 of the Constitution, the post of Attorney General of India is established. Attorney General appointed by the President of India after the advice of the Government of India.
