As per the rule and example given above, 'channels' will be used instead of ' channel ' in the part given in the 1st option. Correct Sentence: Oh dear! The audio in one of the channels on television is not clear at all. If a subject and a verb are joined by a relative pronoun, the verb will agree with the antecedent to the relative pronoun. Example: He is one of those men who trust everybody whom he socializes with.
