The correct phrase will be – ‘would not affect’. ‘Will’ and ‘Would’ both are modal verbs. The usage of ‘will’ indicates something we believe is going to happen, for sure. ‘Would’ is usually used as a past tense of will / denoting the past. But it maybe sometimes used in spoken English to indicate something that we think, may happen possibly but not surely.
