ibps-rrb-os1 2019 · Question 16 of 186

If A is related to Kerala, H related to Chandigarh then to whom B is related?

Reasoning (misc)

  1. AAgra
  2. BJaipurCorrect
  3. COrissa
  4. DBhopal
  5. EHyderabad

Answer: B. Jaipur

Explanation

A’s age is multiple of four and does not born after 1980. There are only two persons born between the one who working in Surat and A, who does not working in Orissa. For that A’s age can be 56 or 48 years. Sum of the ages of E and F is equal to perfect square of a number. E’s age is prime number and born immediately before the one working in Bhopal. There is only one person born between the one who working in Orissa and F, whose age is prime number. F’s age number can be 41, 23 or 17. But F’s age and E’s age can be only either 41 or 23 years, their sum will be 64 which is a square of 8. We will see two cases for this – Case 1-Now we can have a subcase for case 2, but in that F cannot born in 2001, as there is a gap of one in between F and the one who born in Orissa but already Surat one is there so this case 2.a will not be possible. C is five years younger than B. The age of H is three times the age difference between the one who working in Bhopal and B. This is possible only with the ages 28 and 33 years. C will be 28 and B will be 33 years. So now Bhopal one age is 17 and B’ sage is 33 their difference is 16 years, 16 will be multiplied with three then the age of H, is 48 years, which is not possible in
